Expectations & Standards

Players are expected to show effort, respect, coachability, accountability, and good sportsmanship. Due to the highly competitive nature of this team, players are expected to work out and develop on their own in addition to team-organized practices.

Practice Schedule

Fall

Practice begins after the first week of school. Mandatory Sundays plus an optional weekday session. Holiday breaks are recognized.

Spring

Begins in January. One indoor practice and one outdoor practice per week throughout the season.

Player Conduct

  • Show effort, respect, coachability, accountability, and good sportsmanship at all times
  • Listen to coaches, support teammates, care for equipment, and represent the team appropriately
  • Bullying, hazing, harassment, profanity, taunting, or unsafe behavior may result in discipline or removal
  • Discipline may include a warning, reduced playing time, suspension, or removal from the program

Playing Time

Participation does not guarantee equal playing time, specific positions, batting order placement, pitching opportunities, or roster status for every game or tournament.

  • Attendance and effort
  • Attitude and coachability
  • Skill level and practice performance
  • Team needs, matchups, and development goals
